Our Store Policy

BACKORDER​​

Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock, but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our store. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it and it is made.

* We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship.

* If an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, the item will automatically move to a back order status. Then, when we get that item back in stock, we will ship it to the shipping address on your account via priority mail at priority mail rates, compliments of the SD Clothing Company.

*Depending on how long it takes us to get products from our vendor, we have set up intervals to send notifications via email regarding the status of your back-order.



 

Payment & Shipping

* We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

*Some items within your order may ship separately depending on an item being back-ordered. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.

*We do provide shipping estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time.

Shipping can take 8-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

Standard Shipping can take 7-10 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.



 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, checks, Pay-Pal, and money orders.

Gift cards are available through our store, and may be redeemed at any time for clothing and apparel. Paid gift cards do not expire.

​We accept personal checks for purchases with a valid drivers license, military ID or permanent state-issued ID.

There is a $25 fee for returned checks or the maximum allowable in the state. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.



 

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Sincerely Dedicated purchase, simply return the unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded in the form of the original payment, or an exchange or Gift Card for the original purchase price. Credit refund processing time varies by bank.

Purchases made on sincerelydedicated.com and phone orders can be returned via mail directly to our store. Be sure to include packaging slip with unwashed, unworn item. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please review your custom orders before submitting, checking spelling, color choice, and sizes. If you have any questions please feel free to email us.

Custom orders are NON RETURNABLE and cannot be cancelled after processed due to the custom and made to order processes involved. If their is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange.
